Understanding the installation process is fundamental to maintaining a market leadership position.  The Honeywell ED&S Technical Services Teams and Product Managers work hard to act as a sounding board for customers and understand the challenges they face on site during installation - as well as before installation during the specification process, and post installation when the end user is employing the product.
